Preparing for the UPC: Olaf Ungerer presents to IIPLA Congress and World Litigation Forum in Dubai

In January, Olaf Ungerer travelled to Dubai to attend and speak at the World Litigation Forum (WLF) and the Intellectual Property Congress, hosted by the International Intellectual Property Law Association (IIPLA).

At the IIPLA conference, he presented on the impending arrival of the Unified Patent Court and the Unitary Patent, sharing his key tips on how patent owners and businesses can prepare. At the WLF conference, he presented on the evolution of FRAND licensing in IoT eco systems, discussing recent developments in connection with FRAND disputes concerning SEPs and possible solutions for IoT systems.
