Siya Maini

Siya joined Page White Farrer in January 2021 after receiving a first class master’s degree in Physics from the University of Nottingham. Through mathematical formalism and calculational techniques she has a capable understanding of physical theories and processes, with areas of focus including quantum mechanics, medical physics, nanotechnology and solid-state physics.

Her final-year dissertation focused on designing a novel method for measuring head motion during MRI scans, which could subsequently be used to correct and improve generated images of the human brain. This project required a keen eye for detail and the use of programming language MATLAB to simulate and analyse the theoretical system.
